Most visitors to Africa face the unwelcome task of deciding what vaccinations might be needed before going on vacation. Yellow Fever is currently the only vaccine that is required by law upon entering many African countries. But usually it is only required if you are entering from a country where yellow fever is still doing its nasty business.
